Blocktactic, V1.01 update

Hi all,

A minor fix update to Blocktactic, for it to start in a (resizeable) window for the PC version. This fits more with the casual game mantra, for those who fancy a quick game on the side (of whatever they should probably be working on!).

It is still resizeable / alt+enterable for those who want it larger or full screen.
